Коммерческий кредит, задолженность по которому не оформляется векселями, акцептованными траттами или другими обязательствами заемщика, а зачисляется на открытый для него счет. Порядок погашения согласуется с контрагентом и, как правило, предусматривает периодические платежи (например, раз в полугодие, квартал, месяц). Предполагает высокую степень доверия кредитора к заемщику, так как при этом отсутствует гарантирование возврата долга.
